Commissions/Customs I am not available for commissioned work or custom work at this time, including resizing or reformatting existing products.

Can I order a different size? No, all prints are only available in the size listed.

Operating Hours Tiny Nest Studio's hours are generally Monday - Friday, 9AM-4PM Alaska Standard Time excluding holidays. You can typically expect a response from me within a few hours during that time. Please note I am a one-woman business with a toddler to boot, so I appreciate your flexibility.

Shipping Shipping can be unpredictable from Alaska, so please be patient. Check out my shipping page for more information.

Local pickup Yes, local pick up is available for orders $45 and over in Eagle River, Alaska. Email tinyneststudio@gmail.com for more information, or choose local pick up at check out.

Christmas cut-off deadline- December 15, 2020

International Shipping Yes, available to UK and Canada but the buyer pays for the cost of international shipping, customs, VAT, and import taxes. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Digital downloads Digital downloads are sent instantly to your email address as a PDF file. You can choose to print them out yourself, or print them at a local or web-based print shop. If you have any trouble accessing the file please email me at tinyneststudio@gmail.com and I am happy to assist. It is ILLEGAL to share my digital downloads or sell them yourself. Instead direct people to my shop so I can continue to earn enough money to keep this venture up and running!
